Goozone Delivery Service for Sellers: How It Works
Goozone.com is a marketplace in Trinidad and Tobago that provides a comprehensive delivery service for sellers who do not have their own logistics solutions. This document explains the step-by-step process of how our delivery service works, ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and customers.
Order Notification and Confirmation
- Order Placement: When a customer places an order for a seller's product on Goozone.com, notifications are sent to Goozone, the seller, and the customer. The customer receives an email with the order information.
- Order Acknowledgement: Goozone contacts the seller to confirm the order and arrange the pickup of the item.

- Scheduling Pickup: Goozone schedules the pickup based on our delivery zones and schedule. We coordinate with the seller to determine a suitable pickup date.
- Seller's Responsibility: The seller ensures that the item matches the product listed on the website and that it is properly packaged. The seller is also required to send a photo of the packaged item to Goozone Delivery for verification.
Delivery Coordination
- Customer Contact: Goozone contacts the customer to arrange a convenient delivery date, considering our delivery schedule.

Delivery Zones and Schedule: If the customer and the seller are on the same delivery driver's route for the day, both pickup and delivery can be organized on the same day.
If they are not on the same route, the item is taken to our warehouse and scheduled for delivery the following day.
Delivery Execution
- Pickup Execution: Goozone picks up the item from the seller on the agreed date.
- Warehouse Handling: If immediate delivery is not possible, the item is securely stored at our warehouse until the next scheduled delivery date.
- Final Delivery: The item is delivered to the customer on the agreed date.

Payment Methods
For orders above $600, customers are required to make an online payment using a debit or credit card, bank transfer, or Paywise. Cash on delivery is not available for orders above $600.
Order Completion
Once the order has been delivered to the customer and completed, the seller will see their funds in their Goozone Wallet, accessible through their account on the website.
Funds Withdrawal
Sellers can request a withdrawal from their Goozone Wallet, and Goozone will transfer the funds to the seller’s local bank account.
