We are currently seeking two individuals with knowledge in Information Technology to join our team in the role of Junior IT Support. This position will involve providing support in two distinct areas of our operations.
1. Inventory Management Assistant:
- Assisting the Inventory Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Utilizing ERP systems to manage inventory.
- Maintaining and updating databases in Excel.
- Ensuring both digital and physical stock are organized and up-to-date.
2. Marketing Enthusiast with Tech Skills:
- Taking product photos and editing them for marketing materials.
- Creating videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Providing support for office or store IT-related issues, including router and printer problems.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in IT, Visual Communications, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google tools such as Sheets and Docs.
- Knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in the inventory field is a plus.
