Are you an experienced and well-organized professional looking to support a dynamic field sales team? We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator who will play a crucial role in maximizing the team’s performance and ensuring the solid and long-lasting development of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Propose and manage activities focused on compliance with the sales budget, monitor the digital seller program, and control merchandisers. Ensure compliance with the commercial strategy to guarantee sales targets and an excellent purchasing experience.
- Inventory and Merchandising: Collaborate with management to organize merchandise replacement, shelf assortment, price changes, and store maintenance. Ensure product availability and assortment for sale, enhancing the customer purchasing experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the development of the sales team in accordance with company policies. Foster an optimal work environment and team cohesion.
- Sales Support: Provide support for the Inside Sales team, including sales administration, customer service representatives (CSRs) at physical stores, customer sales support via phone or email, arranging courier pickups, and updating documentation in ERP and CRM systems.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.
Requirements:
- Education: High school degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience supporting inside sales teams, customer service, back office, customer sales, or related fields.
- Skills:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Intermediate to advanced level of Excel
